The school serves the children living in the Marsiling and Woodlands area. Due to its close proximity to Johor Bahru, it is also much sought after by Malaysians who want their children to be educated in the Singapore Education System. The school enrolment has increased over the years and it stands presently at 2150 pupils in 58 classes.

We have worked very hard to forge a new identity with a strong 'Fengshan Heartbeat', motivating our school community to work hard hand in hand. 'Fengshan Heartbeat' is the maxim we live by through lifelong learning, continuous improvements, community service and gimping for on-going collegiality and camaraderie in the school community. Elias Park Primary School stands in Pasir Ris St. 52 to meet the demand of children studying in Pasir Ris. The school was officially opened by Mr. Charles Chong, Member of Parliament for Pasir Ris GRC on 12 July 1997. The school started of with a very small population but now has approximately 2,000 students in 52 classes with 75 teachers. The current principal is Mrs Wong Siew Shan and the vice-principal is Ms Rohani.

t has been my privilege, honour and joy to lead ECPS through 2009. It is also my privilege, honour and joy to make mention that our P6 pupils who have showed outstanding efforts and results in the 2009 PSLE. The good results are only made possible by our pupils' diligence and persevering attitude, our teachers' care and unwavering effort to help every pupil to learn and last but not least, our parents support and encouragement. Indeed these are the key factors that allow our pupils to achieve quality results and quality school experience in ECPS.

Pupils were enrolled into the school even as the building was under construction. 9 English stream sec one classes functioned at Matter West Vocational Institute while 3 Malay stream sec one classes were at Tun Seri Lanang school. Mr Felix Chew and Mr Abdul Kadir headed the respective schools.

Casuarina Primary School joined the ranks of 7 other primary schools in Pasir Ris in 2001 with a student population of about 97 primary 1 pupils, 7 teaching staff and 3 non-teaching staff. Our parents too have contributed greatly to the growth of the school. As ambassadors of the school, they have played a crucial role in making Casuarina Primary a school we can all be proud of. Rear Admiral Teo Chee Hean, Minister for Defence and MP for Pasir Ris-Punggol GRC officially declared the school opened in July 2004.
